It can be challenging trying to decide where to have an engagement shoot. You also have to consider if you want to use multiple venues and/or more than one ensemble. We have learned that if you pick the right spot, you can get amazing pictures using just one location.
Angela and Gary held their engagement shoot at the Arches National Park in Utah. They wore multiple ensembles. Each one truly fit the surroundings and enhanced their pictures. The views were breathtaking and you truly could feel their love as they journeyed through the wilderness together.
They walked hand in hand and they cuddled among the rock formations, Our favorite picture was the photo of them embracing in front of the Delicate Arch. This is a 65 foot freestanding natural arch. The setting was definitely intimate and romantic. It is a picture that they will cherish in years to come.
It is popular to do engagement shoots by the beach. The natural beauty of the water and sand are priceless. However, Gary and Angela had an a great shoot and showed that God’s creation is not limited to the beach. It is everywhere. Embrace it. Enjoy the venue that you select and make it a part of your session. Your pictures will amazing as you both interact with each other and your environment.
