Conall and Andrea's fall distillery wedding in Michigan at Journeyman Distillery was the first in the newly renovated loft space above the distillery. The massive space allowed ample room for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. In addition, Andrea and her bridesmaids had access to a brightly lit room for getting ready. Their wedding blended excellent vendors and DIY elements: Conall designed the invitation suite, Andrea's dad made ring boxes for the ring bearers to carry, and Andrea's mom made the dresses the flower girls wore. Because the couple chose so many non-traditional elements for their wedding – they offered a buffet of loaded nachos and pulled pork and served pies rather than a wedding cake – the couple opted not to see each other until during the ceremony. Their perfectly timed schedule allowed ample time for family photos and bridal party portraits during the sunset. In addition to the first , mother-son, and father-daughter dances, Andrea and Conall invited guests to join in a Polka, paying homage to Andrea's heritage. After their wedding, the newlyweds left for a 2 week honeymoon in France and Italy!
