After all of the planning, the wedding is usually a long day. You have the stress of making sure everything happens as planned. Of course, you have to get ready and then attend the festivities. For Hue and Phuc, their wedding day in Colorado was longer than most because they went through it twice. Since they are both Vietnamese, they had a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony. Their outfits were stunning. Hue wore a yellow and red dress. Her bridesmaids wore royal blue short dresses. The groom wore a royal blue robe. His groomsmen wore blue suits with sky blue ties. After ceremony #1, they enjoyed roast pig and other traditional food before ceremony #2. Colorado wedding photos captured by Elevate Photography.
For the western ceremony, only Hue and Phuc changed their clothes. She changed into an amazing gown. It was strapless with a long train. The bodice had very intricate detail. She complemented her ensemble with hanging diamond earrings and a diamond necklace. Phuc changed into a blue suit to match his groomsmen but his tie was a lighter blue. This was a fun couple and they had a very unique photo session after the two weddings. You almost forgot that they had just participated in a wedding ceremony. We do understand that it is hard to decide what to include in your ceremony if you family comes from another country. Do you have a traditional wedding from your native land? Or do you have a western wedding? If you can’t decide, consider doing what Hue and Phuc did. You could have both. This way you get to enjoy the best of both worlds.
