Colorado Real Wedding by Stark Bellamy Photography
Many little girls spend their quiet moments dreaming of their weddings. They know the special people that they want to invite especially family members that are close to them. However, time waits for no one and at times these people may not live to see their big day. Family is very important to both Aaron and Amy so when they got married in Berthoud, Colorado, each element of their wedding had a significance. They wanted to honor the family members that were still living yet include those that had already passed away. This central theme will make their nuptials more precious as the years go by. Aaron set for the tone for the wedding from the very beginning. He proposed on Amy's father's birthday. Now that day will always be extra special to them. When they decided on a date for the wedding, it could not just be an arbitrary date either. They were married on Amy's grandmother's birthday. This was such an incredible idea. Here are some of their Colorado real wedding photos captured by Stark Bellamy Photography.
Let's look at the wedding itself. The venue did not look modern which further enhances their theme. It resembles a homestead from another time. They exchanged their vows nestled between the trees with the open field in the horizon which was absolutely breathtaking. They really embraced their surroundings. They took pictures in front of the barn which was a great effect as well as pictures in the open field. It was so amazing seeing them in the photos as a couple and as individuals. Amy's ensemble definitely fit the theme as well as the venue. She wore a beautiful strapless lace gown. She wore hair in a bun with the veil behind her. We just love the jewelry pieces they were absolutely influenced to fit the tone of her nuptials. She wore simple post earrings with an antique hanging necklace. It looked like something that had been made by hand and passed down for generations. Even the desserts were unique. They had a wedding cake with two birds as a topper and they name on top. It looked handmade. Also it was surrounded by an assortment of cupcakes. But the most interesting thing was they were placed on top of tree trunk. Amy and Aaron had their ideal wedding by embracing their past. If you want a wedding that you will never forget, plan it keeping in mind things that are important to you. Whether your wedding is coordinated around the venue or a special theme or both, it does not matter. Include elements that hold special significance and you will have a wedding that will not only be spectacular but memorable.
