Colorful North Carolina Real Wedding
When people think of DIY weddings, pictures of cute items come to mind. But the setting might lack some of the pizazz of a more elaborate affair. However when Chris and Anna tied the knot in North Carolina, their DIY nuptials were extra special.
Anna had a very modern yet classic dress. The gown was A-line with a lace sarong. It had a flared skirt. Her hair was in a bun. She wore blue/green shoes.
Chris wore a gray suit and black bow tie. They exchanged their vows in a chapel. It was the perfect choice for their DIY wedding. It was a laid back and down to earth venue. Chris and Anna made most of the items at the wedding and reception. But they also used the color blue/green to make their day cohesive. Let's see how many ways they used the color during their nuptials. The tables were decorated with white and blue/green. They had a three tier white wedding cake with two blue/green love birds.
It is definitely easier to hire a wedding planner or have the venue handle your decorations. But it is extra special when you give your nuptials a personal touch by having a DIY wedding. Chris and Anna showed that a DIY can be very attractive but it is also more memorable. Why not? You helped plan each and every part. Now that's really special.
