Georgia DIY Farm Wedding
There are many things to consider when selecting a venue. One of the issues is the proximity to the ceremony location or you should also think about how it will blend in with the theme of your nuptials. Jennifer and Bryan got married at The Barn at High Point Farms in Flintstone, Georgia. It was the perfect backdrop for their family affair.
Jennifer was stunning in her strapless gown. She wore her hair in a bun with her veil behind her. She complemented this with hanging earrings. Even though they had a quaint affair, they still added a modern twist. Jennifer wore blue and white striped pumps to match Bryan's bow tie. This is trend today for brides to wear non traditional colored shoes that match the color scheme of their bridal party in some way.
Bryan and his groomsmen wore gray seersucker suits. The perfect choice for a wedding on a farm. The brides maids wore adorable pink dresses. While they were all the same color, they were different styles. Most of the time the wedding is planned and while their family and close friends may know some the details, the process is handled by the couple. Well, Jennifer and Bryan's friends and family assisted by providing family heirlooms for the decor and also helped in the assembly of other items. Their wedding definitely had some DIY touches. This always makes it more unique and personal. Bryan and Jennifer picked the right venue for their wedding. It would have looked out of place in the middle of the city. The location helped evoke the family feeling that they wanted for their big day. Try to have an idea of your wedding's theme before you select your venue. For a memorable wedding that is cohesive, it all has to fit together like a glove. This will give you memories that will last a lifetime.
