New Haven Connecticut Real Wedding

One of the ways that they were able to accomplish their goal was by having a theme. Besides having a classic yet elegant wedding, they also had a color. Purple was used throughout the day. It is a bright vibrant color and definitely gave their nuptials more pizzazz. Purple began with the bridesmaid. She wore a gorgeous strapless purple gown. The bouquet for both the bride and bridesmaid had lots of purple flowers. Purple just made the bouquets look spectacular.

Let's first look at the bride. Valerie wore a beautiful satin strapless gown with a jeweled waistband. Her hair was in a loose bun and she wore a jeweled clip in her hair. She wore satin flats that had a jeweled clip at the toe. It even had a message on the bottom. It said "I do".
The color theme continued into the reception. The tablecloths were white with purple runners. The wedding cake was very elegant but had a modern twist. It was four square layers but had beach chairs on top.
Valerie and Joe may not have a massive bridal party but they were able to have a classic yet elegant affair. They simply planned their day so that it was cohesive. Big does not mean better. Small and simple can be just as nice. You just have to make sure that all of the elements go together and you will have a wedding that you will never forget.
