New Orleans Real Wedding
Weddings are a celebration. It is a chance to celebrate the love between two people who have decided to become man and wife. But when Florence(Flo) and Sean tied the knot in New Orleans, Louisiana, their party spilled out into the streets for a typical New Orleans affair. It was a whirlwind day for this happy couple. It was a true blending of cultures when they got married. Their nuptials were more than just the customary exchange of wedding vows. The first stop was a traditional tea ceremony at a family home. For this part of the day, Flo dressed in a traditional cultural dress. It was so special that they were able to include a part of her culture on their wedding day.
She then changed into her American wedding gown and she was absolutely stunning. It is a strapless gown with a lovely skirt made of tulle. The waistband was jeweled. She wore her hair in a bun to side with a jeweled clip. She completed her outfit with diamond earrings and a veil.
When they finished celebrating outside, they then had the reception indoors. The elegance continued. Flo changed clothes again. She wore a beautiful sleeveless dress that had incredible detail. What a wedding? They had multiple venues, multiple outfits and multiple ceremonies. Wow. If you have certain cultural traditions, it is important to try and include them in your wedding. It is blending of the old traditions with the new. It is a part of who you are. It should be embraced and treasured. It will make your wedding day even more special.
