Oakville Texas Engagement Photos
We have obviously been exposed to many different engagement sessions. Some are very simple while others are more elaborate. There really isn't any right or wrong. However, D'Laine and Matt had an one that was over the top because of its details and versatility. The engagement session took place in Oakville, Texas which provided the perfect backdrop. This town was settled in the early 1800's by Irish settlers and it was chartered in 1856 under the Chartered Oak Tree which still stands today.
D'laine and Matt looked so bohemian in one of their looks. She wore an off white short dress, with a vest and a designed bandanna on her head. Her jewelry choice also fit the ensemble. Matt wore a baseball cap with checkered shirt as he played the guitar. In some poses, they simply sat on the grass together.
In another setting, they became a little bit country. She changed into an off the shoulder black dress. He changed into a blue jean shirt. They posed using an old truck and sat on the porch of an old building. Their props and outfits really fit the venue choice for their session. It was so creative. They wore two outfits and had two venues. Each setting provided a different theme. It was simply wonderful travelling to these scenes and experiences with them through the photos. D'laine and Matt had a wonderful engagement session. They were so artistic and their photos reflected this. Step out of the box when planning your engagement session and be creative. You will be rewarded with amazing pictures that you will always cherish.
